Steve Sackler, President
A 25-year veteran in the New York Media Business, Steve Sackler founded Sound Communications in 1987. With over two decades of relationships with media vendors, Steve's relationship for delivering over and above value is well earned.
Steve has launched hundreds of new products, services, professional specialists and businesses. From helping expand Townsports International from two gyms in New York City to 150 clubs spanning the East Coast, to running the Bloomberg for Mayor media campaign, to developing DR campaigns for; Zone Chefs, Lap Band Surgical, RCA records, Gutter Toppers, Jobsdirect.com, Mr. Mobility, Valvoline, Random House, Redstone Properties to name a few, Steve's vast experience provides a solid track record of performance.
Moving forward into the decade, Steve's mandate for Sound Communications is to stay ahead of the fast paced changes affecting the entire media industry, so that Sound Communications will continue to receive value and efficiency for the media expenditures in trust thereof

Dan Alperin, Sr. V.P. Business Development
Dan joins Sound Communications after spending the last nineteen years in the Radio Business. Dan spent the last nine years with Infinity Broadcasting WBZ News Radio 1030 as the Sports sales Manager. He was responsible for both Boston Bruins Radio Network and the New England patriots Radio Network advertising sales.

Jack Bloom, Creative Director
Jack Bloom has over 24 years of experience running and overseeing small and medium-size advertising agencies with combined gross billings in excess of $650 million. At Sound Communications, Jack is responsible for creating and directing some of the most well-known and successful advertising and marketing campaigns in the New York Metropolis area including New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Sound Communications is excited to bring Jack's talent to the Boston Area this year!

Kristin Hagerman, Account Manager
Kristin comes to Sound Communications with several years of experience from Infinity Broadcasting Oldies 103.3 and Mix 98.5. As a Non Traditional Revenue Coordinator, Kristin assisted in out-of-the-box promotional programs for a variety of clients. Along with radio experience, Kristin also brings several years of experience from the World Champion Boston Red Sox. As a Red Sox Ambassador, Kristin assisted with the logistics and execution of programs with Volvo along with numerous Red Sox sponsors.

Scott Semaya - Broadcast Director, Sr. Media Buyer
Scott began his media career in the mid 90's at kid Specialty Advertiser Bohbot Advertising working with companies with annual budgets ranging from $10m - $100M including Toys R us, Mattel, Fisher Price and Tyco. Scott was a guru of children's advertising in 50+ markets, was instrumental in the marketing and clearance of Bohbot's Syndicated Cartoons and was quickly promoted to Senior Media Buyer. Advancing his career, Scott moved to Mediavest working with Paramount Pictures and then to Media first with clients such as Cablevision and Sara Lee. Scott's current responsibilities at Sound Communications include everything from planning to buying for all our client's TV needs.

Louise Pucciarelli - Director of Media, Sr. Media Buyer
Louise began her career in media with the famed Della Femina, Travisano and Partners, where she developed media plans for such notable accounts as Pan Am, Becks Beer, Blue Nun Wine and Chemical Bank. Louise advanced her career and was named to the position of Local Broadcast Buying Director at Messner Vetere Berger McNamee Schmettere, Euro/RSCG. Louise was responsible for the media budgets of Volvo, Isuzu, Dunkin' Donuts, Oppenheimer Funds, NASDAQ, MCI, Harcourt, G.P. Putnam's Sons and Harper Collins to name a few. Prior to joining Sound Communications, she served as Director of Broadcast Services at American Media Services. Louise's responsibilities include the day-to-day management of Sound Communications' media department including all planning and buying. She is well regarded in the media industry and is considered to be an expert in broadcast media and an experienced negotiator of media spot rates and media contracts.

Jill Sackler Souto, Media Director
Jill jump-started her advertising career in 1987, by working part-time at Sound Communications while obtaining her Bachelor’s degree at Queens College. After receiving her B.A. in Communications, Jill continued in her capacity at Sound Communications, Inc. with an expanded role as Media Buyer. Specializing in customer service and local brand awareness for her clients, Jill has been instrumental to the growth of the company. With steadfast commitment, Jill worked her way up to Media Director which she describes as “a challenging, yet exciting journey”.
With over 18 years of experience, Jill’s dedication to her clients and knowledge of the media buying industry has made her a staple in the business.

Mille Sall, Media Buyer
Originally hailing from Memphis, Tennessee, Mille attended the University of Memphis. As part of a varied and distinguished career, she started working in Boston radio in 1994 at WBCN-FM, The Rock of Boston. She relocated to New York in 1999 and almost immediately joined the Sound Communications family as a Media Buyer. Her work history at Sound involves everything from testimonial campaigns, political campaigns, direct response campaigns, and multi-media in several formats. As a Media Buyer, her duties include order processing and fulfillment, campaign analysis, traffic, billing, and her personal favorite, negotiating hard down to the last dollar for our clients! She currently resides in midtown Manhattan with her husband and her cat.

Jonathon Kinzler, Manager, Business Development
Jonathan Kinzler is a 25-year media industry veteran. An NYU film school Graduate, he spent several years on the production side of the business working with legendary television commercial directors like Bob Giraldi, and Bill Hudson. Jonathan moved into the media side of the industry in the mid 1980’s working as an Account Manager with Greater Media’s Radio division, and then with CBS’s New York flagship radio station, WCBS-FM. Jonathan moved on to Viacom’s Infinity Radio where he managed the accounts of some of the largest agencies and media buying services including Carat NA, OMD, Draft WW, Zenith and TN Media to name a few. Jonathan also coordinated the growth of the Infinity Promotions group, an in house promotional media agency that developed cross platform marketing campaigns for Viacom media properties.
In 2003, Jonathan brought his talent to Sound Communications where his daily responsibilities include developing and managing Business to Business, Business to Consumer, and Direct Response accounts.

John Sadowski, Manager, Business Development
John received his Bachelors Degree from Colgate University in 1983. After graduating from college with a degree in History and German, John spent the next 8 years running his own construction company. In 1991 he started selling advertising and loved it. John’s professional history includes many years’ experience at top organizations such as CBS Radio, Clear Channel, Time Warner television and an Internet platformed media company called Next Generation Network.
In 2003, John joined Sound Communications as Business Development Manager. John lives in Suffern, New York with his wife Julie, daughter Alix and son Mikey. In his spare time he enjoys skiing with his family and coaching youth soccer.
In 2003, Jonathan brought his talent to Sound Communications where his daily responsibilities include developing and managing Business to Business, Business to Consumer, and Direct Response accounts.
